Returns

We want you to be confident in your Edenform purchase. If you’re not satisfied, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unworn, unwashed condition.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to process an exchange (subject to inventory availability).

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, and worn/washed products are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If we made an error, we’ll cover the cost to make it right.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@edenformclo.com with your order number and details. We’ll provide instructions to complete your return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank.
