Still in the Potter’s hands.

Isaiah 64:8 describes God as our Father and Potter, and us as the work of His hands. The image is deeply personal. We are being shaped by the One who made us, formed with purpose, and continually brought into greater alignment with His will.

Jesus gives that formation a direction in Matthew 6:33: “Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness.” The Greek word translated “kingdom” is basileia, carrying the idea of God’s reign, rule, and royal authority. Seeking His Kingdom first means allowing His rule to shape the kind of people we are becoming, the things we pursue, and the way we move through the world.

The Seek First Tee in Clay brings those truths together. We are the work of His hands, still being formed, and our lives take shape as we continue seeking the Kingdom first.
